Privacy and cookies

The short version
Humans Wanted has no accounts, and we never ask for your name or CV. We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. When you apply for a job, you go to the original job site, and its privacy policy applies there.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
If you click Accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and jobs people look at. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) and records things like the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google processes this data on our behalf, as described in Google’s privacy policy. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time: .
We store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page.
What you type into the site
- Job titles and searches are used to show you results. We keep an anonymous record of searches and of unusual job titles to make matching better. It isn’t linked to you.
- Towns and postcodes you search for are sent to postcodes.io to find their location on the map.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site.

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email humanswanted@zohomailcloud.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
